“Very well managed clinic. Lower mark on communication was only due to lack of clarity at how long the delay will be. That created uncertainty about whether it will make my plans slip and by how much. I also sensed reluctance at receptionist to call doctor to find out about the delay and make it clear, as if it didn’t matter. However I understand that delay was unavoidable.”

“The service has been excellent. Everyone has been so friendly and I have been so well cared for. I feel able to ask any question I want and the reassurance I have been given at scans has been so helpful. I couldn’t fault the service. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for all your help and for giving us hope that we will have a healthy baby in a few months’ time.”
